All good things come to an end, cos if they didn't how could we start more good things!
Here is Jean-Loup demonstrating the famous Zen Scream without sound. It's a piercing silence that heralds the change from one state of being to another! In this case its a change from being here to being there. Which is of course going back to where you came from. Home.
We have to discuss the merits of the Zen scream as it of course presents a paradox, a scream without sound, a hand clap with one hand? All fascinating subjects to be had before breakfast! This has become the normal way here at Imsouane. So what happens to breakfast? It becomes lunch. !
This blog is about change, hello goodbyes. A tear in one eye and laughter in the other. Letting go and embracing the new. How are we going to manage without our morning delivery of hot bread? Simon, it's going to be tough but we will do our best! Hot Moroccan bread will always remind us of you. Now that's a treasure to take with us. Gwen, you have reminded us of our own mission to try and bring our children up the best we can. Placing them high up on the list of importance, their needs and happiness, like seeds they need good soil and water, like children their need for attention and love.
Here is Jean-Loup caught reflecting, he has been saying hello goodbyes for a long time now and it is a time to take stock of the passage of life. How many more times can I come back to Imsouane? That nagging back pain is making my surfing difficult. These people I'm with are lovely but so is Hugette and the family that awaits? A tear in one eye.............. a smile in the other. And of course, in good Zen tradition, its all and its not! It's sadness and happiness. It's hello and goodbye. All the time.
So with a huge smile and a barrel load of humour, we embrace this lovely Frenchman from Toulouse who has spruced himself up for the journey he is sharing with Simon, these two are travelling alone so they thought a convoy to Tanger would be fun, and as they will be connected by walkie talkie, fun is going to be had!

Who could not smile at the many faces of Jean-Loup. He has kept us smiling for a month. !
And now on to Jessica, who also leaves the campsite at the same time as the others. It must be that time? We have watched and shared her life here for the past month and have enjoyed her fabulously expressed English, in that ever so sexy French way of talking. Jess is flat mates with Fifi of previous blog mention
, from Hendaye near Biarritz. We have come to share views on life with her as old to young but never quite sure which is which? Listening to young people can be inspiring if you let go of the 'you wait til you're my age' train of thought. They are passionate and energetic, full of dreams, make mistakes and move on. They will be 'our age' very soon
Good luck in life Jessica, if you look as good as Krysia does, when you have doubled your age, you'll be doing really well. What a pair of beauties.
So All Change, as the people who have made this stay at Imsouane so memorable, are heading home, talking of their adventures to come and of hopefully meeting each other again. Here maybe? We shall see. This month here has been about the people we've shared our lives with, not the amount of miles we have driven. For Krysia and myself, it has been the most sociable holiday we can remember and now it's time to move on to the next chapter. We'll stay a while longer here at the campsite and make a little time for ourselves ( if we can? ). We're getting along as well as we ever do, in our little old van. So we hope you all are getting along just fine too. Good luck everybody. To all the people we already know, all we've recently met and those who are to come xxx
